One Sunday I had a client session scheduled for a big client here in the United States. And I came up to my office about an hour before the session was scheduled and my cable modem was dead, like there was no internet at all. In our whole house or in my studio. So I got on the phone with the cable company and they said well we can get a technician out there in 3 days and all of our stores are closed today so you can't buy a new modem because it's Sunday. I thought “oh my” what am I gonna do. Well I ended up recording the session locally and I hotspotted my phone, so that I could get the scripts on my iPad in my recording booth and we recorded all the wave files, there were seven scripts and then I called a friend of mine who lives about 5 minutes away and she's a voice actor as well and I said: Can I come over to your house and upload all the files for the client? And she's like sure. So I did that and I had the files to the client within 15 minutes after the session, just like normal and they never had any idea that I had no internet whatsoever. So that one was crazy.
